I began my professional journey in 2010 right after completing my B.Sc., joining Maan Bangladesh Ltd.—the leading elevator and escalator supplier in Bangladesh—as an IT Officer.
Recognizing my technical leadership, the company promoted me to IT Chief within two years (2012).
Over the next 12 years, I had the privilege of architecting and
maintaining the IT infrastructure for branch offices across every district in the country. My role expanded significantly in 2015 when I took charge of
building the IT foundation for our new tech venture, Maan IT Solution Ltd.
Working closely with world-renowned manufacturers like OTIS Elevator (USA), Hyundai Elevator (Korea), and Schneider Elevator (Germany)
gave me invaluable global exposure, allowing me to bridge the gap between technical operations and international business development.
In 2024, after a deeply rewarding 14-year tenure that shaped my professional foundations,
I left the company to embark on my next big chapter: pursuing an M.Sc. in the United States to further sharpen my skills for the evolving global tech landscape.

Responsibilities: As the Business Development Manager for Maan Bangladesh Ltd., I expanded our market by building nationwide client relationships and matching our tech to customer needs. Additionally, I managed project inspections, internal and project audits for quality assurance, while securing new maintenance and service agreements to ensure long-term business for both our main company and Maan IT Solution Ltd. Also follow up and reporting of employees annual development.
